Fruit Juice
Water - 4-8 ounces (boiled and cooled)
Ginger root - thinly sliced
Fresh lemon - 1
Grape juice - 1 cup
Fresh Mint - 3 to 4 leaves
Flaxseed oil (or extra virgin olive oil)- 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 3 to 4 pinches
Garlic cloves - 1
How to Make it
Extract the lemon juice.
In a blender, add some water, grated ginger and garlic pieces.
Blend well and filter the juice into a container. Combine the two juices (lemon and grape juice) with ginger-garlic water, and blend this mixture with the flaxseed oil and cumin powder for 40 to 45 seconds. Pour the juice in a glass, garnish with mint leaves, and serve.
Vegetable Juice
Fresh Cabbage - 125 g
Fresh Pear - 250 g
Fresh Lemon - 1
Fresh Mint - 4 to 5 leaves
Ginger root - 1 inch
Filtered Water - 500 ml
How to Make it
Chop the pear, cabbage and ginger into small pieces, and put in a blender along with a cup of water. Blend well for 1 minute. Add the fresh lemon juice to the blended juice. Mix well. Pour the juice in a glass, and serve chilled with mint leaves.
